Understanding Our Charges & Funded Sessions
 

At St Agnes Day Nursery, we offer government-funded childcare for eligible families, including 15 or 30 free hours per week.
In line with new government guidance (effective 2025), we want to be fully transparent:
✅ Funded hours are completely free – you will never be charged for these.

 

To help cover costs not included in government funding, we offer optional extras, such as:
Healthy snacks (fruit, crackers, milk, etc.)

Snack Charge: £0.75 per session.
 

✅ These charges are entirely optional
✅ Your child’s access to their free hours will never be affected
 

All invoices are clearly itemised, showing:
Funded hours at £0

Any additional hours or optional extras (e.g. snacks, outings) listed separately

This ensures you always know exactly what you're paying for.
